Sale of Malaga Property
With recent increases in the Perth commercial property market, the Board of Refresh Group Limited ("Refresh") has decided to realise the gain by selling its premises at 17 Denninup Way, Malaga ("the Property'). Refresh will lease the Property back from the purchaser and continue its operations from the present premises.
