Resignation of Managing Director
Eneco Refresh Limited (Eneco) today announces the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr Henry Heng from the Board of Eneco with immediate effect.
Mr Heng will continue to work with Eneco whilst it continues its search for a suitable COO in the coming months.
The Board is confident that the current management and structure will continue to function as necessary and that the controls in place will ensure a smooth transition period.
Mr Heng was one of the original founders of the company and was instrumental in taking the company public, driving it through the many day to day challenges and building it into what Eneco is today.
His contribution to the company has been of extreme value, his commitment over 26 years, his vision and dedication have played a pivotal role in shaping Eneco and preparing it for its new challenges ahead.
The Board thanks Mr Heng for his valuable contribution and wishes him every success in the future in whatever he may pursue.
