Change of Company Secretary
Refresh Group Ltd (Refresh) wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Julie Moore as its new Company Secretary. Ms Moore is a legal practitioner with over 7 years of legal experience. She was a Senior Associate at DLA Piper in the litigation and regulatory team specialising in insurance, local government and construction matters.
Ms Moore holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, New South Wales.
Dato’ Eddie Kwong Choon Soong ceases to be its Company Secretary with immediate effect.
