Refresh Group Ltd (Refresh) regrets to announce the resignation of Ms Jamie Gee Choo Khoo as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary. Ms Khoo was appointed Director on 1 November 2010 and Company Secretary on 1 March 2011. Over the years, she has contributed to the growth of Refresh and helped with its capital raising. Ms Khoo has taken up an overseas posting and hence will have limited time to oversee the affairs of Refresh. Refresh wishes her well in her new direction.
Our Non-Executive Director, Dato’ Eddie Kwong Choon Soong, will take on the role of Company Secretary from 12 September 2014.
With the resignation of Ms Khoo, our Board Committees will be restructured as follows:
