Resignation of Director
Refresh Group Limited (Company) regrets to announce the resignation of Mr Edmund Teo as Non-Executive Director effective from 31 December 2012.
Mr Teo was one of the founding directors and shareholders of the Company and has been a director since its incorporation on 11 August 1997. After having served so many years on the Board, he now wants to devote more time to other passions in his life, primarily sailing.
The Board would like to thank Mr Teo for his invaluable contributions and dedication to the Company. We wish him fair winds and calm waters.
