Resignation of Director
Refresh Group Ltd regrets to announce the resignation of Mr Alan Ong as an independent, nonexecutive director.
Mr Ong has been our director since 27 Nov 08. He was the Chairman of our Remuneration Committee. Mr Ong left because of his other personal commitments. The Board would like to thank him for his contributions over the years.
With Mr Ong’s departure, Ms Jamie Khoo has taken over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as well as a member of the Audit Committee. The current committees are as follows:
