Resignation of Director
Refresh Group Ltd (Refresh) regrets to announce the resignation of Mr Chee Keong Oh as Executive Director.
Mr Oh has been our director since 13 July 2010. He was a member of our Remuneration Committee. Mr Oh will continue to run Aridtec Pte Ltd following its demerger from Refresh through a selective capital reduction.
The Board would like to thank him for his contributions.
With Mr Oh’s departure, our committees have been restructured as follows:
