Company Secretary Appointment / Resignation
Refresh Group Ltd (Refresh) is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Ms Mary Ang as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Ms Ang was Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Refresh from 2 Jan 07 to 19 Mar 08. She left because of family commitments. She is available again so the Board invited her back to her former position.
Ms Ang graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Ms Ang has more than 20 years of diverse management and consulting experience in the areas of finance, tax and treasury, gained from her employment with various multinational companies and international accounting firms.
Mr Andrew Chong has resigned as Company Secretary but has taken on the role of Business Development Manager. Mr Chong has more than 10 years experience in sales and marketing which will be helpful in the Company’s plan to expand the range of water purification equipment it markets. The Board would like to thank him for his contributions as Company Secretary.
