Appointment of New Company Secretary
Refresh Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Catherine Clay as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Ms Clay has many years of experience in accounting and financial management as well as company secretarial practice. She has worked in both private and public companies.
Ms Clay graduated from Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business and is a member of CPA Australia. She is also a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
The Board would like to thank Ms Mary Ang for her past contributions. Ms Ang resigned as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer because of family commitments.
