Change of Auditor
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Eneco Refresh Ltd (Company) announces that Stantons International Audit and Consulting Pty Ltd has been appointed as auditor of the Company.
The appointment follows the resignation of RSM Australia Partners and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act).
In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution will be included at the 2021 Annual General Meeting to obtain shareholders’ approval for the appointment of the new auditor.
