The Board of Directors withdraws Annual General Meeting proposal for long-term incentive program

The Board of Directors of Enea AB has decided to withdraw the proposal for a long-term incentive program that was presented in the notice to the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors has resolved to withdraw its proposal for a new long-term incentive program for senior executives and other key personnel in the company (item 18 on the proposed agenda included in the notice to the Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2025).

The decision to withdraw the proposal follows a more in-depth evaluation together with the intended participants, which concluded that the program is unlikely to fulfill its intended purpose.
