With reference to Current Report No. 31/2022 of 12 May 2022 ("CurrentReport"), in connection with the receipt and approval of all costs fromentities involved in the preparation and conduct of a privatesubscription of series D ordinary bearer shares ("Series D Shares"), theManagement Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby provides additionalinformation pertaining to items 12 and 13 of the Current Report.

12. Specification of total costs classified as the costs of issue,indicating the amounts broken down by specific types of costs: (a)preparation and conduct of the offering, (b) underwriters' fees,separately for each of them, (c) preparation of the prospectus,including consulting expenses, (d) promotion of the offering: PLN6,277,310.08, where all these costs pertain to item (a) (preparation andconduct of the offering), because items (b), (c) and (d) are notapplicable: the Series D Shares were not subject to an underwritingarrangement in connection with the public offering of the Series DShares or in connection with the application for their admission totrading on a regulated market, no prospectus was prepared, and nopromotional activities were carried out in connection with the publicoffering.

The costs of issue incurred by the Company are recognized directly incorporate capital, reducing the share premium account.

13. Average cost of subscription or sale per security covered by thesubscription or sale: PLN 0.07 per Series D Share.
