In connection with the process for Katowicki Holding Węglowy S.A. withits registered office in Katowice to find equity investors ("KHW")("Investment"), the Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Enea", "Company")reports that it entered into negotiations with potential investors toparticipate in the potential Investment and concerning its potentialparameters.

The parties do not rule out the possibility of other investors joiningin the Investment negotiations.

At the current stage of negotiations it is impossible to present thescale of potential involvement of individual investors (including theCompany) in the Investment or its further parameters, which will be thesubject of the negotiations.
