At the same time, the Issuer hereby declares its intention to continuethe publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containingcondensed quarterly financial statements, as referred to in § 63 sec. 1of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-year reportcontaining condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in §63 sec. 3 of the Regulation.

Please be advised that, acting in compliance with § 83 sec. 2 of theRegulation, the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterlyreports for Q4 2025 or Q2 2026.

Furthermore, please be advised that the consolidated report on paymentsto public administration referred to in § 62 sec. 4 of the Regulationwill be published alongside the consolidated annual report, that is on13 April 2026.
