Subject: Information on approval by the ERO President of the electricitytariff for Tariff Group G

Body of the report:

The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby reportsthat on 17 December 2025 the Company assessed the impact on the TradingArea's financial performance of the electricity tariff for customers inTariff Group G, as approved on 17 December 2025 by the President of theEnergy Regulatory Office ("ERO President") for the period from 1 January2026 to 31 December 2026.

The ERO President approved Enea S.A.'s electricity sales price forTariff Group G consumers at the average level of PLN 495.16 per MWh. Theapproved tariff price amount does not fully cover the justified costsestimated by the Company, including the costs of purchasing electricity,taking into account the changeability of the electricity consumptionprofile of customers and the costs of it's balancing.

Having regard to the above and acting in accordance with IAS 37, theCompany has identified the need to recognize Q4 2025 a provision foronerous contracts in the trading area, which has been estimated at PLN178 million. At the same time, the Company reports that the amount ofthe aforementioned provision may change, and its final value will bepresented in the Issuer's periodic report for 2025.
