MANAGEMENT BOARD’S REPRESENTATION ON THE RELIABILITY OF PREPARATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby represents that to the best of its knowledge:

– the consolidated annual financial statements for the financial year 2020 and the comparative data have been prepared in compliance with the applicable accounting principles and reflect, in a truthful, reliable and clear manner, the asset and financial position of the ENEA Group as well as the financial result generated by the ENEA Group in the respective periods,

– the Management Board Report on the activity of ENEA S.A. and the ENEA Group in 2020 contains a truthful presentation of developments, achievements and position of the ENEA Group, including a description of key threats and risks.
