With reference to Current Report No. 40/2021, the Management Board ofENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 20 December 2021 PolskieSieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. announced the preliminary outcome of theprimary capacity market auction for 2026, including the capacity auctionclosing price of PLN 400.39 per kW per year.

Accordingly, the Company estimates that the ENEA Group's revenue fromthe capacity market may amount to an annual average for existing units(with a capacity contract for 1 year) and the contracted 1,028 MWapproximately PLN 412 million. In turn, the total estimated revenue ofthe ENEA Group for 2026 from the capacity market, taking into accountits previously contracted capacity obligations, will amount toapproximately PLN 632 million.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome ofthe capacity auction. The final outcome of the capacity auction will beannounced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in theauthority's Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediatelyfollowing the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction.Until then, all contracts for the sale of capacity obligations remainconditional.

At the same time, please be advised that if the final outcome of thecapacity auction turns out to be significantly different from thepreliminary outcome presented above, the Company will provide an updatein the form of another current report.
