NOTIFICATION

Acting pursuant to Article 69(1)(2) in conjunction with Article 69a(1)(1) and Article 87(1)(2b) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings and the Terms and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies ("Act on Offerings"), Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. ("PTE PZU S.A."), acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" ("OFE PZU") and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ("DFE PZU"), hereby submits the following overdue notification:

As a result of the entry by the registry court, on 31 May 2022, of an increase in the share capital of Enea S.A. ("Company") through the issue of series D ordinary shares, the total shareholding of OFE PZU and DFE PZU declined below 5% of the votes at the Company's general meeting.

Attached please find a document in PDF format constituting a Notification pursuant to Article 69(1)(2) in conjunction with Article 69a(1)(1) and Article 87(1)(2b) of the Act on Offerings, which was submitted on 29 July 2025 to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) via the application available at https://bzp.knf.gov.pl/.

Acting as a representative of the said funds, PTE PZU S.A. hereby declares that:

• it has no subsidiaries holding shares in Enea S.A.,
• the situation referred to in Article 69(4)(6) of the Act does not apply,
• nor does it hold any of the financial instruments referred to in Articles 69b(1)(1) and (2) of the Act.
