The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 17 October2016 the Company received the notice from Towarzystwo FunduszyInwestycyjnych PZU SA reading as follows:

"Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA ("TFI PZU SA") seated inWarsaw, acting on behalf and for the account of the investment funds itmanages, i.e.:

1. PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy,

2. PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty GlobalnychInwestycji,

3. PZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Universam,

4. PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Akcji Focus,

5. PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Dynamiczny,

("TFI PZU Funds"), pursuant to Article 69 item 1(1) and Article 87 item1(2a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions ofintroducing financial instruments into an organised system of tradingand on public companies (J.L. of 2013, item 1382, as amended) (furtheron: "Act on Offerings") hereby informs that as a result the settlementon 14 October 2016 of the acquisition of 756,000 (say: seven hundredfifty six thousand) shares of ENEA SA ("Company"), performed on 12October 2016 within ordinary transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange,the share of TFI PZU Funds in the total number of votes at the Company'sgeneral meeting exceeded the threshold of 5%, i.e.:

Number of shares held before the share change: 22 032 363

% share in the Company's share capital: 4.9910%

Number of votes from shares: 22 032 363

% share in the total number of votes: 4.9910%

Number of shares held before the change: 22 788 363

% share in the Company's share capital: 5.1622%

Number of votes from shares: 22 788 363

% share in the total number of votes: 5.1622%.

Additionally, TFI PZU SA informs that:

- TFI PZU Funds do not have any subsidiaries holding the Company'sshares;

- TFI PZU Funds have financial instruments mentioned in Article 69b ofthe Act on Offerings - forward contracts on WIG20 index, of which thesynthetic position of the theoretical number of the Company's sharesconstitutes 0.0127% share in the Company's share capital and amounts to0.0127% share in the total number of votes, in relation to which thetotal number of votes (resulting from shares held and from the positionfollowing from forward contracts) constitutes 5.1749% in the totalnumber of Company's votes;

- TFI PZU SA as a managing entity may, on behalf of TFI PZU Fundsexercise the voting right at the Company's general meeting."
