Regarding the interest in the acquisition of all shares in PGE EJ1 Sp. zo.o. initially expressed by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., theManagement Board of ENEA S.A. ("the Issuer") hereby informs that, on 4December 2018, it expressed initial interest in the sale of shares inPGE EJ1 Sp. z o.o. owned by the Issuer.
PGE EJ 1 Sp. z o.o. is a special purpose entity, responsible for thepreparation and execution of the investment consisting in constructionand operation of the first Polish nuclear power plant. The Issuer holds10% shares in PGE EJ1.
