The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 28 October2016 the Company and Węglokoks S.A. and Towarzystwo Finansowe SilesiaSp. z o.o. ("Investors") signed a Letter of Intent expressing thepreliminary interest in the financial participation in Katowicki HoldingWęglowy S.A. seated in Katowice ("KHW") or in KHW's assets.
Investors' participation in KHW depends on the satisfaction of numerousconditions related to e.g. presentation of an acceptable business planand financial model and obtaining the required corporate consents.
The Investors' final decisions as regards the participation in KHW willbe made e.g. after the analysis of the due-diligence performed and afterthe determination of the final shape of all the other arrangements.
