The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company"), in relation to thecurrent report of 16 September 2016 No. 27/2016 informs that on 30November 2016 the Company and PGE S.A., Energa S.A. and PGNiG TermikaS.A. ("Business Partners") submitted a new offer to EDF InternationalSAS ("EDF") for the purchase of shares in companies belonging to EDF inPoland, holding conventional generating assets and pursuing a serviceactivity.
The submission of the new offer by Business Partners was made inrelation to the upcoming expiry of the offer submitted on 16 September2016. The new offer will be valid for 90 days of submission and dependse.g. on the results of due diligence, which will constitute the basisfor making further decisions relating to a potential transaction.
