The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company"), in relation to thecurrent report of 30 September 2016 No. 30/2016 informs that on 2December 2016 the Company obtained the exclusive rights to conductfurther negotiations to acquire 100% of shares in ENGIE Energia PolskaS.A. held by ENGIE.

The exclusive rights granted to the Company will be valid until the endof 2016.
