The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 6 December2016 targeted talks commenced between the Company and the followingcompanies: Energa S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., PGNiG S.A.("Investors") and between Investors and Polimex-Mostostal S.A.("Polimex"). The goal of the talks is drafting the structure of apotential equity interest of Investors in Polimex ("Investment") anddevelopment of a prospective model of cooperation between Investors onthe Investment implementation.

As at the commencement of negotiations, the Company has not incurred anyliability as regards the Investment implementation.

The Company will inform on the next stages of the Investment process inseparate reports.
