The Management Board of Enea S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 9 March 2016in relation to the completion of works over the consolidated financialstatements of Enea Capital Group and non-consolidated financialstatements of Enea S.A., it decided to publish the financial results for2015, which are presented below.

Consolidated financial results of Enea Capital Group for 2015:

Net sales revenue: PLN 9,848,392 thou.

EBITDA: PLN 2,129,871 thou.

EBIT: PLN -162,125 thou.

Net loss: PLN -398,878 thou.

Non-consolidated financial results of Enea S.A. for 2015:

Net sales revenue: PLN 5,430,224 thou.

EBITDA: PLN 87,941 thou.

EBIT: PLN 82,284 thou.

Net loss: PLN -1,116,888 thou.

The Issuer reminds that the generated results were affected e.g. byone-off events described respectively in current reports No. 10/2016 and11/2016.

The detailed results will be presented in the consolidated financialstatements of Enea Capital Group and non-consolidated financialstatements of Enea S.A. for 2015, which are planned for publication on21 March 2016.
