In relation to the information obtained by the Management Board of EneaS.A. (Company, Issuer) on 4 May 2016 on preliminary financial results ofEnea Group for the first quarter of 2016 (Q1 2016), the Company decidedto publish the financial results for the above mentioned period.

Consolidated financial results of Enea Group for Q1 2016:Net salesrevenue: PLN 2,937 mlnEBITDA: PLN 668 mlnEBIT: PLN 389 mlnNetprofit: PLN 290 mln

Non-consolidated financial results of Enea S.A. for Q1 2016:Netsales revenue: PLN 1,478 mlnEBITDA: PLN 8 mlnEBIT: PLN 7 mlnNetprofit: PLN 15 mln

The Issuer emphasises that there were no one-off events in the reportingperiod which could significantly affect the published results.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that the final financial resultsfor the above mentioned period will be published in the extendedconsolidated quarterly report of Enea Group for Q1 2016 which is to bepublished on 16 May 2016.
