With reference to Current Reports Nos. 5/2024 and 8/2024, the ENEA S.A.Management Board hereby provides additional information on Ms. AgataMichalska-Olek and Mr. Michał Gniatkowski, newly appointed members ofthe ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office.

Ms. Agata Michalska-Olek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law andAdministration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where shealso obtained a doctorate in law, specializing in the functioning ofmanagement boards and supervisory boards of cooperatives. Since 2001,she has been running her own legal practice and is a member of theWielkopolska Bar Association. Known for her activities for the benefitof the association of advocates, such as organizing conferences andtrainings, she was also a member of the Medical Commission appointed bythe Voivode of Wielkopolska during the first term starting in 2012. Sheis a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Wielkopolska BarAssociation. She is also a certified mediator. As a lecturer, Ms.Michalska-Olek teaches civil law, tax law and labor law. She is activein the local community in her hometown of Poznań. Ms. Michalska-Olekcomes from a family with a rich legal tradition.

She has experience in drafting legal opinions and commercial contractsfor county offices and various sectors of the economy, including theenergy sector. Ms. Michalska-Olek has provided provides legal servicesto companies in the construction, food and IT sectors on a wide range ofbusiness issues, including the regulation of legal status. She alsospecializes in drafting and reviewing commercial and real estatecontracts.

She was a member of the Supervisory Board of Rema S.A.

According to her representation, Ms. Agata Michalska-Olek does notconduct any activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nordoes she participate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany and she does not participate in any competing legal person asmember of its governing body.

Ms. Agata Michalska-Olek is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

According to his representation, Mr. Michał Gniatkowski does not conductany activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nor does sheparticipate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany and she does not participate in any competing legal person asmember of its governing body.

Mr. Michał Gniatkowski is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
