The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby reportsthat on 6 July 2023 the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolutionto appoint Mr. Jakub Kowaleczko, effective as of 17 July 2023, to theposition of ENEA S.A. Management Board Member for Commercial Matters forthe joint term of office commenced on the day following the date ofholding the Ordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. which approved thefinancial statements for 2021.

Below the Company provides information on Mr. Jakub Kowaleczko'seducation, qualifications and positions held prior as well as adescription of his professional career.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kozminski University in Warsawand completed Executive Master of Business Administration studies. Healso completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics,majoring in Mergers _amp; Acquisitions.

He gained his professional experience working in central and localgovernment administration, as well as in managerial positions inPoland's largest companies, including those with State Treasuryparticipation and those listed on the Stock Exchange.

He has extensive knowledge in the areas of energy, procurement, realestate (including critical infrastructure) and human resource management.

He served as President of the Management Board of Industry DevelopmentAgency Sp. z o.o.

He also held the positions of: Director at Grupa LOTOS S.A., ManagingDirector at Poczta Polska S.A., Executive Director at Operator ARP Sp. zo.o., and Director of the Personnel Management Division at PKO BP S.A.

At Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. he served as Director ofthe Group Management Department and Director of the Human ResourcesDepartment. Most recently, he was Vice-President of the Management Boardof PGNiG Termika S.A.
