With reference to Current Report No. 66/2022 of 18 November 2022, theENEA S.A. Management Board hereby provides supplementary information onMs. Aneta Kordowska, a newly appointed member of the ENEA S.A.Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office.

Ms. Aneta Kordowska is an economist, public official and graduate ofExecutive Master of Business Administration studies at the Institute ofEconomics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She acquired her professional experience working since 2005 in advisoryand managerial positions, including at the Prime Minister's Office, theChancellery of the Sejm, the Ministry of the Interior and Administrationand while cooperating with other state administration authorities.

She also acquired corporate experience in the area of serving corporatebodies and coordinating the development of long-term strategyassumptions.

She has been a member of a number of supervisory boards in companiesoperating in the power and defense sectors.

She serves as President of the Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa Foundation[Polish Armaments Group Foundation].

Ms. Aneta Kordowska completed a number of training courses inmanagement, audit, cybersecurity and protection of classifiedinformation. In connection with the positions she holds, she is coveredby up-to-date security clearances up to the highest levels of classifiedinformation, also issued by the EU and NATO.

According to her representation, Ms. Aneta Kordowska does not conductany activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nor does sheparticipate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany and she does not participate in any competing legal person asmember of its governing body. Ms. Aneta Kordowska is not listed in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National CourtRegister Act.
