The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informsthat today the Company received a statement of the Minister of StateAssets dated 3 February 2020 on exercising by the Minister of StateAssets of the right to appoint, pursuant to § 24 item 1 of the Company'sStatute, a Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.

In accordance with the above-mentioned right, Mr Bartosz Nieścior wasappointed to the Company's Supervisory Board as of 3 February 2020.

Mr Bartosz Nieścior is a graduate of the Faculty of Law andAdministration of the University of Warsaw in Law. He completed doctoralstudies in legal sciences. He completed Post-Graduate Studies inGovernment and Local Government Administration at the Faculty ofPolitical Science and International Studies at the University of Warsawand LL.M. studies (in English) in International Commercial Law atKozminski University in Warsaw. He obtained the Executive Master ofBusiness Administration (MBA) certificate. He has completed a number ofbusiness courses - Introduction to Global Business Leadership at NewYork University in the United States, and Business, InternationalRelations and the Political Economy Certificate Course at London Schoolof Economics.He has extensive professional experience working ingovernment administration. He worked as Assistant and Advisor to aMember of the Council of Ministers in the Chancellery of the PrimeMinister, then as Deputy Director in the Regulatory Impact AssessmentDepartment in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Director of theMinister's Office at the Ministry of the Environment. Currently, heserves as Deputy Director in the Department of Ownership Supervision Iin the Ministry of State Assets. He worked as an academic lecturer atthe University of Warsaw. Author of more than 10 scientific publicationsin Polish and international journals and speaker at many conferences inPoland and abroad.

Pursuant to the representation made, Mr Bartosz Nieścior has notconducted, in any form, any competitive activity towards ENEA S.A. Hehas not participated in any competitive company as a partner of a civilcompany, as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of ajoint stock company and has not participated in any other competitivelegal person as a member of its bodies. Mr Bartosz Nieścior is notlisted in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept based on the Act on theNational Court Register.
