The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports informsthat on 4 June 2020 Mr. Mirosław Kowalik tendered his resignation fromthe position of President of the ENEA S.A. Management Board and frommembership in the Company's Management Board effective as of 5 June2020. Mr. Kowalik did not disclose the reasons for his resignation.

On the same date, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolutionto second, starting 6 June 2020, Mr. Paweł Szczeszek, Supervisory BoardMember, to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the ENEAS.A. Management Board until the appointment of a new President of theCompany's Management Board, but no longer than for a period of threemonths from the date of his secondment.

Mr. Szczeszek was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board on 27 May2020, which fact was disclosed by the Company in Current Report No.20/2020. Attached hereto the Company provides information on hiseducation, qualifications and positions held previously along with adescription of his professional career and the required declarationssubmitted by him in connection with his appointment to the SupervisoryBoard.
