The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that on 17 September2020 the Company received a statement from the Minister of State Assetsthat on 16 September 2020 the Minister exercised his powers to appoint aMember of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to § 24 sec. 1 of theCompany's Articles of Association.
In accordance with these powers, Mr. Rafał Włodarski was appointed tothe Company's Supervisory Board as of 16 September 2020.
