With reference to Current Report No. 41/2020 of 17 September 2020, theENEA S.A. Management Board hereby provides supplementary information onMr. Rafał Włodarski, a newly appointed member of the ENEA S.A.Supervisory Board.

Mr. Rafał Włodarski, an attorney at law with more than 10 years ofexperience in providing corporate and regulatory legal advisory servicesfor companies in the power sector, supporting companies in theirday-to-day, transactions, implementation of innovative solutions andrepresenting companies in precedent cases.

Mr. Rafał Włodarski is experienced in transactional consulting relatedto share deals and asset deals as well as determining the rules ofcooperation in joint ventures and conducting comprehensive due diligenceprocesses identifying essential legal risks.

His areas of specialization also include legal advisory services forcompanies in the power sector and off-takers of electricity regardingexisting legislation and proposed amendments to legislation, inparticular with regard to self-generation from renewable energy sources,cogeneration plants, corporate PPAs and the Polish RES auction system.

Mr. Rafał Włodarski currently serves as Deputy Director of the LegalDepartment at the Ministry of State Assets. Before joining the Ministry,he worked with leading law firms in Poland as a member of Energy &Natural Resources, Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance teams, where heparticipated in numerous significant transactions on the Polish marketwith a total value exceeding PLN 10 billion.

He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and joined the WarsawBar Association as an attorney at law in 2013.

According to his representation, Mr. Rafał Włodarski does not conductany activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nor does heparticipate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany and he does not participate in any competing legal person asmember of any of its governing bodies. Mr. Rafał Włodarski is not listedin the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National CourtRegister Act.
