With reference to Current Report No. 45/2020 of 23 October 2020, theENEA S.A. Management Board hereby provides supplementary information onMr. Marcin Pawlicki, a newly appointed Member of the ENEA S.A.Management Board in charge of Operations.

Mr. Marcin Pawlicki's education relates directly to the area ofmanagement. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Management andreceived a Master of Business Administration degree from Oxford BrookesUniversity. He is fluent in English. He has more than ten years ofprofessional experience on management positions, including in the energysector. In his professional life to date, he performed numerousactivities related to the analysis and evaluation of financialstatements and other documents related to accounting and financialreporting of commercial companies.

In the past, he held, among others, the position of the Vice-Presidentof the City of Szczecin, exercising owner's oversight over companies,developing skills in managing large and complex teams of employees. Theoversight duties included, in particular, rational use of assets toensure the proper performance of the assigned tasks, including thoseassociated with the performance of the township's own responsibilitiesand effective exercise of ownership rights in order to carry out thetasks and objectives, for which the companies were established. Mr.Marcin Pawlicki also serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board ofGrupa Azoty S.A. (since March 2019) and sits on the Audit Committee ofthis Supervisory Board. He supervised processes related to key capitalexpenditures in the chemical industry. He performed those obligationsmainly by analyzing financial and management reporting of the supervisedentities. From 2017 to 2019 he was also a member of the SupervisoryBoard of Inwestycje Miejskie Stadion Sp. z o.o. For nearly two years, hehas been an Advisor to the Management Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.,acquiring broad knowledge of the energy industry and its functioning.

According to his representation, Mr. Marcin Pawlicki does not conductany activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nor does heparticipate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany and he does not participate in any competing legal person asmember of any of its governing bodies. Mr. Marcin Pawlicki is not listedin the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National CourtRegister Act.
