With reference to Current Report No. 53/2020 of 9 December 2020, theENEA S.A. Management Board hereby provides supplementary information onMr. Rafał Marek Mucha, a newly appointed ENEA S.A. Management BoardMember for Financial Matters.

Mr. Rafał Marek Mucha graduated from the Faculty of Law andAdministration and the Faculty of Economics of the University ofSzczecin. He completed postgraduate studies in European projectmanagement, accounting and the real estate market as well as courses andseminars on financial analysis of enterprises, environmental protectionand law. He is a certified accountant. He also completed Ph.D. studiesat the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin.

From 2016 to 2020, he was associated with the PGE Group. In 2020, heserved as Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Mattersat PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. In 2016-2020, heworked as Deputy Branch Director and at the same time Economic andFinancial Director at PGE GiEK S.A. - Dolna Odra Power Station.

In 2002-2016, he managed Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych [PublicUtility Company] in Gryfino, and from August to December 2012, he servedas Director of the Laguna Aquapark in Gryfino. He also acquiredprofessional experience in the banking sector, where he waspredominantly involved in evaluation of the economic standing ofenterprises for loan granting purposes, including debt restructuring. Heran his own business and cooperated with a law firm.

In 2015-2020, he taught economics-related classes at the Higher Schoolof Public Administration in Szczecin, sharing his experience with futurecivil servants. From June to November 2019, he was a member of the Sejm.

According to his representation, Mr. Rafał Marek Mucha does not conductany activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nor does heparticipate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany, nor does he participate in any competing legal person as amember of any of its governing bodies. Mr. Rafał Marek Mucha is notlisted in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to theNational Court Register Act.
