The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informsthat on 22 March 2018 the Company received a statement of the Ministerof Energy dated the same day on exercising by the Minister of Energy ofthe right to appoint, pursuant to § 24 item 1 of the Company's Statute,a Member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A.
In accordance with the above-mentioned right, Mr Ireneusz Kulka wasappointed to the Company's Supervisory Board as of 22 March 2018.
The information relating to the appointed person shall be published in aseparate current report upon obtaining the relevant information andrepresentations by the Issuer.
