On 16 April 2018, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") gainedknowledge about a statement dated 13 April 2018 of the Minister ofEnergy concerning dismissal of a Member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany in accordance with the right held pursuant to § 24 item 1 of theCompany's Statute.
In accordance with the aforementioned right, Mr Ireneusz Kulka wasdismissed from the Company's Supervisory Board as of 15 April 2018.
