In relation to the Current Report No. 22/2018 dated 16 April 2018 onchanges in the composition of the Supervisory Board, the ManagementBoard of ENEA S.A. hereby informs that Mr Paweł Jabłoński has received apositive opinion of the Council for Companies with State TreasuryShareholding and State Legal Entities and therefore it reports, in anattachment to this report, additional information on the education,qualifications and previously held positions, together with adescription of his professional career, provided by Mr Paweł Jabłoński,who was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.

Pursuant to the representation made, Mr Paweł Jabłoński has notconducted, in any form, any competitive activity towards ENEA S.A. Hehas not participated in any competitive company as a partner of a civilcompany, as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of ajoint stock company and has not participated in any other competitivelegal person as a member of its bodies. Mr Paweł Jabłoński is not listedin the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept based on the act on theNational Court Register.
