The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 24September 2018 the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. adopted aresolution on the basis of which Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski wasappointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

In 1991, Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski graduated from the ElectricalDepartment of the Warsaw University of Technology, where he studiedelectrotechnology, earning the Master of Engineering degree and in 1997he defended his doctoral thesis, becoming a Doctor of TechnicalSciences. In 2002, he graduated from management studies at the Facultyof Management of the Warsaw University.

Between 1992 and 2018, Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski worked in PKP (since2001 in the company PKP Energetyka) as the Director of the StrategyOffice, Director of the Risk Management Office and Director for SystemAnalyses, at the head of the Market Analysis Department. Since 12September 2018, Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski is the Deputy Director ofthe Electricity and Heating Department in the Ministry of Energy. MrPaweł Andrzej Koroblowski was a Member of the Supervisory Boards of thefollowing companies: Telekomunikacja Kolejowa, PKP Informatyka,Elester-PKP. Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski passed the state examinationfor candidates for supervisory boards in State Treasury Companies.

In accordance with the submitted statement Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowskidoes not, in any way, conduct business activities competing with ENEAS.A. and is not active

in any competitive company, as a partner of a civil partnership, limitedpartnership or as a member of a capital company's corporate body, nordoes he participate in any competitive legal entity, as a member of anyof its corporate bodies. Mr Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski is not entered onthe Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the act on theNational Court Register.
