In relation to the current report No. 32/2017 dated 22 September 2017the Management Board of Enea S.A. hereby attaches the additionalinformation as regards the education, qualification and formerly heldpositions, including the description of the professional experience ofMr. Piotr Olejniczak, appointed to the position of the Member of theManagement Board for Financial Affairs of Enea S.A.

Professional experience:

-since May 2015 - self-employed/Capita Sp. z o.o. (including frommid-July 2017 Adviser of the Management Board of Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. zo.o.);

-2008 - April 2015 - IPOPEMA Securities S.A.- Director, Capital MarketsDepartment;

-2001 - 2008 - KPMG Advisory Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k.; Corporate Finance Group: Associate Director (since October 2004),Manager (during 2001- 2004)

-1996 - 2001 - BRE Corporate Finance S.A./Business Management&FinanceS.A., including Area Manager (since May 2000), Manager (during1997-2000), Senior Consultant (during 1996-1997);

-1994 - 1995 - DORADCA Consultants Ltd. - Junior Consultant, FinancialConsulting Department.

Education and trainings:

-2012 - examination for supervisory boards’ candidates in State-ownedenterprises;

-2008 - 2010 - University of Warsaw: Postgraduate studies in CapitalMarket and Corporate Law;

-2001- 2008 - KPMG: trainings within the programme of developingmanagerial staff, e.g.: mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financingand credit risk, negotiations, sales development, employee evaluation,risk management, media training;

-1993 and 1995 - Scholarships in FHTW Berlin and Johann-Wolfgang-GoetheUniversität Frankfurt/Main: finance, German;

-1989 - 1994 - University of Gdańsk: Faculty of Economics, Institute ofInternational Trade, Master of Science of Economics.

According to his statement, Mr. Piotr Olejniczak has not conducted, inany form, any competitive activity towards Enea S.A., and has notparticipated in any competitive company as a partner of a civil company,as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of a jointstock company and has not participated in any other competitive legalperson as a member of its bodies. Mr. Piotr Olejniczak is not listed inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act onNational Court Register.
