("Company") informs that on 29September 2017 the Company received the statement of the same date ofMr. Rafał Szymański delegated by the Supervisory Board of the Company totemporarily hold the position of the Member of the Management Board ofEnea S.A. for Corporate Affairs regarding the resignation from thedelegation to hold the above mentioned position effective as of 1October 2017. Mr. Rafał Szymański stated that the resignation was madedue to personal reasons.
