In relation to the current report no. 35/2017 of 5 October 2017 theManagement Board of Enea S.A. hereby attaches the supplementaryinformation as regards the education, qualifications and formerly heldpositions, with the description of the professional experience of Mr.Zbigniew Piętka, nominated to the position of the Member of theManagement Board for Corporate Affairs of Enea S.A.

According to his statement, Mr. Zbigniew Piętka has not conducted, inany form, any competitive activity towards Enea S.A., and has notparticipated in any competitive company as a partner of a civil company,as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of a jointstock company and has not participated in any other competitive legalperson as a member of its bodies. Mr. Zbigniew Piętka is not listed inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act on KRS(National Court Register).
