With reference to Current Report No. 10/2021 of 13 April 2021, theManagement Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that, on 21April 2021, the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution by whichit expressed its favorable opinion on the Management Board's proposal tocover the net loss generated in the period from 1 January 2020 to 31December 2020, in the amount of PLN 3,356,750 thousand, from retainedearnings in the amount of PLN 2,417,070 thousand and from supplementarycapital in the amount of PLN 939,680 thousand, and the recommendation torefrain from the disbursement of a dividend for the financial year 2020.
At the same time, the Company clarifies that the final decisionregarding the coverage of the net loss for the financial year 2020 willbe made by the Ordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A.
