In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 updated on 30[th] January, 2026 (“SEBI Master Circular”), we hereby inform that Mr. Prabhas Chandra Dash, Head – Aftermarket of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company to pursue his personal goals and aspirations. He has been relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 1[st] April, 2026.

Details required in terms of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular are given in Annexure-I. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Dash is enclosed herewith as Annexure-II.
