Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 (“SEBI Circular”), this is to inform that Mr. Nilesh Phanse, President – Operations of the Company, had submitted his resignation vide letter dated 20[th] August, 2024. Mr. Phanse has been relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31[st] December, 2024.

Details required in terms of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular are given in Annexure - I . The letter of resignation received from Mr. Phanse is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II .
