1.	Reason for change	Following the promotions declared by the Company on 20thJune, 2025, Mr. Jignesh Gandhi has been elevated to the ‘President’ cadre and is categorised as Senior Management Personnel (“SMPs”) in accordance with the Nomination and Remuneration Policy of the Company.
2.	Date of appointment	Based on the annual performance evaluation process of the Company, he has been promoted to management cadre (Grade M8). Revision in remuneration and other benefits / perquisites shall be applicable with effect from 1st April, 2025.
3.	Term of appointment	Services of the Mr. Gandhi shall continue to be governed as per the existing terms and conditions of employment with the Company.
4.	Brief profile	Mr. Gandhi is a Production Engineer (B.E.) with over 29 years of extensive experience in automotive industry, both in domestic and international markets. For the past seven years, he has been associated with the Company as Head of Marketing and Business Development. In his leadership role, he is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing and business development functions. His job profile includes defining, standardising and automating key processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Mr. Gandhi plays a key role in cultivating and maintaining senior-level relationships with OEMs while building robust professional network to foster long-term strategic partnership. He is actively engaged in assimilating strategic market intelligence and customer insights to support short-term and long-term strategies. Additionally, he supports Regional and Key Account teams in high-impact events and strategic contract negotiations to strengthen Company’s market presence and accelerate business growth.
