Endomines Finland Plc has appointed Minni Lempinen (b. 1985) as the company's
new acting CFO and a member of the Management Team. Lempinen will start in her
new position on June 1st,2023, reporting to Kari Vyhtinen, CEO of Endomines.
Lempinen's predecessor Mikko Sopanen will leave his position as CFO of Endomines
on 31.8.2023, to continue his career outside the company.
Lempinen has extensive experience in financial management, reporting and
control, as well as industry expertise in the mining industry.
"Minni is a very experienced financial professional with a proven track record,
especially in development projects for growth companies. She has the skills and
experience to take our growing business to the next level and I am very pleased
to welcome her to her new role at Endomines. I would also like to thank Mikko
for his positive approach as well as his contribution to the company in
developing our financial operations - especially with regards to the company's
domicile transfer and funding arrangements, and wish him all the best in his new
