Endomines Finland Oyj's auditor has given the the auditor report today on 28th
April 2023. Endomines Finland Oyj has operated as the group's parent company
since 16 December 2022, after the transfer of the registered office from Sweden
to Finland. The 2022 audit report given to the company today contains
information that Endomines Finland Oyj's last year's annual general meeting was
held late on August 18, 2022 when the company was a subsidiary without
operations. According to the Companies Act, the general meeting should have been
held latest by June 30, 2022. The matter has had no impact on the company's
operations. There are no other remarks in the audit report. Endomines Finland
