Re: Endeavour Mining plc (the "Corporation") Base Shelf Prospectus

In connection with the Corporation's base shelf prospectus dated December 17, 2021, including the documents incorporated by reference (the "Prospectus"), I, Salih Ramazan, Vice President – Mine Planning of the Corporation, a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, hereby consent to the use of my name in connection with references to my involvement in the preparation of the technical reports titled "Technical Report on the Ity Gold Mine, Republic of Cote D'Ivoire", with an effective date of December 31, 2019 and a filing date of June 15, 2020 (the "Ity Report") and "Technical Report on the Houndé Gold Mine, Republic of Burkina Faso", with an effective date of December 31, 2019 and a filing date of June 15, 2020 (the "Houndé Report") and inclusion of the written disclosure of the Ity Report and Houndé Report and/or extracts therefrom or a summary of the Ity Report and Houndé Report in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or documents incorporated by reference therein.

I also hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus, including the written disclosure of the Ity Report and Houndé Report and/or extracts therefrom or a summary of the Ity Report and Houndé Report contained in the Prospectus or in documents incorporated by reference therein and I have no reason to believe there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Ity Report or Houndé Report, or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services I performed in connection with the Ity Report and Houndé Report.
