Endeavour Group announced on 30 July 2021 the intention to appoint Anne Brennan as an independent Non-Executive Director of Endeavour Group Limited effective from 22 October 2021, subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
Endeavour Group has not obtained all necessary regulatory approvals to allow Ms Brennan’s appointment to be effective from 22 October 2021.
Endeavour Group is continuing to work with the regulators to obtain those approvals and it remains the intention for Ms Brennan’s appointment to be effective from the date on which those necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.
